At Penlago, we understand that traveling can be exhausting, which is why we have streamlined our arrivals and pickup process to ensure a stress-free experience. Once you arrive at Norman Manley Airport in Jamaica, we will book a comfortable and safe taxi or van to pick you up and take you straight to our health resort in the mountains. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of everything.
Getting Settled
You'll unpack your belongings and review the packing list to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. You'll also receive an overview of the daily schedule, so you can plan your activities accordingly. Our staff is always available to answer any questions and make your transition as seamless as possible.
Intial Vital Measurements
Our trained professionals will record your weight, body measurements, blood glucose, blood pressure, and mood to establish a baseline. We also take before and after photos, and even an optional before video to help you track your progress. You will receive daily updates through email or Whatsapp to stay on top of your health goals.
